I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was equipped with everything I needed to make my breakfast, had a fully functional kitchen, and offered stunning views. The service was exceptional, with the manager even accessible through the VicGov app. Additionally, they provided laundry service and a delightful welcome drink during happy hour. The location was perfect, being in the city center and close to Lakes Entrance, allowing easy access to various attractions and a lovely restaurant nearby. I enjoyed evening strolls by the waterfront, admiring the boats. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need. However, the dining options were limited to delicious smoked salmon bagels. Overall, a great experience.
